Los Gatos Integrated Applied Systems LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the Water Polo Referee Companion mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information collection, use, and disclosure.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information, location data, or usage metrics. The App receives game timing locally from a companion Water Polo Board over Bluetooth and plays short audio cues on your device. Nothing you do in the App is sent to us or to any external server.

2. Device Permissions

To provide its core functionality, the App requires access to certain device features. These permissions are used exclusively for local operations:

  • Bluetooth: Used to connect to a companion Water Polo Board and receive live game timing over a local wireless connection. No tracking or location data is associated with Bluetooth operations, and no data is shared externally.
  • Audio playback: Used to play spoken timing and score cues through your selected output, such as your phone’s headphones or a Bluetooth headset. The App does not record audio.

3. Third-Party Services and Platform Analytics

The App does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media SDKs. We do not collect or track user analytics or usage metrics. However, Apple may collect standard, anonymous, opt-in crash logs, diagnostics, and app usage telemetry when the App is downloaded and run through the App Store, in accordance with Apple’s own privacy policies and user settings.

4. Children’s Privacy

Because our App does not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect or solicit personal data from children.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or app features. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date at the top. The user is encouraged to review this policy periodically.
