Water Polo Log is a digital water polo scorebook: it keeps the book as the game runs and delivers the finished game sheet at the final buzzer. Built to stand in for the official paper book, it works just as well as a second book beside one, always added up and never a period behind.

What it does

Keeps the book as the game happens: goals, exclusions, penalties, timeouts, cards, and more, grouped by period, with editing when the table gets hectic.
Builds the two-page game sheet live, in the format scorers already know, ready to print, save as a PDF, or send the moment the game ends.
Tracks player stats alongside the book for teams that want them; the book never depends on them.
Exports the full game as a standard file you can share, archive, or open elsewhere.
Supports the rulesets used around the world, so club, high school, and college games all score correctly.

On the web today

Water Polo Log’s web version, wplog, is running right now at log.wpref.org: the same book and the same game sheet, free in any browser. What it does not have is the Board: the Water Polo Board integration below is native to the app.

Works with the Board, works without it

Pair a Water Polo Board at a pool with a compatible scoreboard and the game clock rides along with your logging: event times fill themselves in from the live clock. No Board? Everything works exactly the same; you enter times by hand, or skip them entirely.

Using it at the pool

Set up the game, pick the ruleset, and keep the book from the table as the game runs. The sheet builds itself as you go: when the game ends, the game sheet is done, ready to print, save, or send. No transcribing, no adding up columns after the fact.
